Make Ubuntu 14 program work in Ubuntu 16 with document

Hi, I understand you have an application that is currently running in an Ubuntu 14.04 server and you would like to be able to deploy this to a server running a newer version of Ubuntu, 16.04. I could get this to work with 18.04 which has a longer EOL date so you don't have to worry about an upgrade in the next few months. I will be using Docker to achieve this and will provide a 3-step process to have the entire application running with just a few commands.
