How would you like to display/project this circle? Initially I can make it for desktop's screen (both Mac and PC)/portable display/using a real wall VGA projector/concentrated circles of LEDs (neo-pixel) under the matted cover. All those variants are possible, but will have a different price for coding. Also, it is possible to make DIY custom-made projector. It will be monochrome (single-colored), need some hardware modification of the cheap LCD display (Nokia's) but definitely cheaper than big projector. Some other variants are also possible.
