I would sleep in utmost discomfort - almost like Count Dracula with my arms crossed over on my chest, a dead stiff, - all night if I know the bedding was closer to beige then zinc white. You need examples to justify my overwhelming 'tidying up' and 'ultra-deep cleaning', right? Well, where there is discolouration (for instance), this means something dirty is still penetrated in the fibres. Where there is a foul smell, it means bacteria are having a fun time breeding and polluting the air. IT'S GOT TO GO! In such instances, I have to clean! The moment I wake up until I close my eyes I tag and analyse everything, to maintain excellent hygiene... And once you're there you can't shake it - you live it.

How do I know? well, I didn't, my boyfriend has told me many times and I ignored him thinking that he was just highly messy, I have always called my mother a clean freak I would refer to her as Monica from friends and now the older I am getting the more I can see myself in her! I hate seeing even the smallest layer of dust gathering on a shelf/desk and I hate any streaks on any type of glass. When I worked in an office I used to clean my desk, chair computer/keyboard and phone everyday, sometimes twice a day because I hated the Idea of any germs falling on them, don't even get me started on the office microwave or fridge I'm cringing just thinking about them. I also worked at a dentist, although it was hygienically clean I never felt like it was clean enough, I was told off for overusing sanitary wipes including on door handles/frames and phones. As for my house, I need it as clean and as organised as possible I have even begun following in my mother's footsteps and started hoovering the walls and ceiling. I always carry hand sanitizer around with me and I hate when someone coughs or sneezes on public transport I try not to touch the handrails and opt for my sleve if I have to.
