We are looking for a highly motivated Biller/Customer Service Rep to join our team! The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: - Answering phones - Verifying insurances - Reviewing and submitting electronic claims - Medical records - Resolving denials/appeals - Checking documents for completion - Other office duties as assigned This is a full-time position, We offer a 401k plan after one year, Health insurance at 90days Employees also receive one week of paid vacation and 3 paid sick days/ 2 personal days for the first year of employment. Looking to hire immediately. Applicant must have reliable transportation. We are looking for a long-term employee who is able to work with a team as well as individually/independently. Having problem-solving skills and the ability to be resourceful is necessary to succeed in this position. No experience is necessary we willing to train the right person.

If you deal with customers on a daily basis, be sure to stay patient when they come to you stumped and frustrated, but also be sure to take the time to truly figure out what they want — they’d rather get competent service than be rushed out the door!
