Guaranteed Regular Weekly Writing Covering a Range of Topics

My requirements for this are quite specific. I would like to work with a freelancer that is based in either Australia or New Zealand only. This is due to the time differences. This is an ongoing project and I am only interested to work with an individual who is willing to commit to weekly writing work, preferably on a Tuesday to begin with. Month One - 4 hours per week Month Two - 8 hours per week Month Three - 12 hours per week Month Four - 16 hours per week. I expect the writer to be comfortable with writing non-technical posts for a blog. I am happy to commit to an hourly rate. However the chosen freelancer must be able to write 750 words per hour as a minimum. For example, over month one, this will equate to 3000 words per week. The longer-term viewpoint, if I can find a good freelancer, is to be able to offer regular work, that is flexible in terms of hours of work. I do not expect the freelancer to be online when I am online, nor will I require hourly updates or tracking. I just need to the word count to be fulfilled on a weekly basis. In the first month, the preference is for the freelancer to complete those fours hours on a Tuesday, at any time they wish. Article posts will be kept varied and interesting and sources will be given for each post which which to curate content from. NOT COPY. Can you help and are you interested in regular ongoing work, with the freedom to complete the work at anytime in the day that suits you? If the work is of an excellent standard, then I can potentially offer hours above and beyond the minimums stated above. I am happy to pay between $20-$25 AUD per hour. This will be guaranteed hours weekly for at least the next 3-6 months. For the right person, we will always be able to overflow work from our writing agency to you.
