Interview local businesses & residents

Hello all My name is Paul and I help real estate agents in the UK with their marketing. I'm looking for a long-term relationship with a native english speaker/writer to conduct 10 minute phone interviews (then write them up in short 250-300 word articles) with local business owners and local residents for two online magazines - one is in the Midlands and the other in Surrey. The idea is for each one to get a new interview each week. We'll work to a template of 5 or 6 questions per person and the idea is to knock them out quick - so do the interview then immediately write it up and post online. For businesses we'd also add in their contact details (website, phone, social media), then each article gets posted to a Wordpress blog. For me, each job including the interview, writing and uploading takes a bit less than an hour (and sometimes I get it done in 30-40 minutes). The key is to write the article the minute you put the phone down because it gets written a LOT faster when the talk is fresh in your mind. I used to do these myself but now I'm looking to expand my business and create more online magazines, so there is potentially more work in the pipeline. I'd like to work with someone who is GENUINELY reliable, talkative, friendly, open, able to write (and spell!) and happy to upload text and images to a Wordpress blog (I'm very happy to teach you the Wordpress bit as it's super simple). I'm looking for someone who is easy to work with and who doesn't need to be incessantly managed or nagged. It's quite a fun job and I'd like it to stay that way :-) I'm also looking for a good communicator; someone who speaks up when they encounter a problem, rather than someone who disappears down a rabbit hole.
