I would like to hire an Artist

I am looking for a realistic artist. I'm not looking for CG or designs. What I want is a 8x10 portrait hand drawing done in black in white with touches of colors here and there. Because the images does not contain the individuals together, what I want is to take the two photos and merge it as one up close image. The pose is not important to me so as long as the drawing maintains the facial structure of the individuals. Prefer U.S residency as I do want the drawing (original) shipped to me within a reasonable time.
