We need a VoIP application which will call selected numbers (landline, mobile, skype) on a selected time. This application should use skype as a VoIP provider.
This application is needed to remind some of our clients that they owe us money. We spend a considerable amount of time to call them on a regular basis and we would like that a software would do that automatically and play a registered message if they finally pick the phone (note that the pre-recorded message should starts ONLY if somebody picks the phone or when the answering machine message is finished).
The program should not make sound on the computer; which mean that when the program is calling from a computer, a user still can use that computer without being disturb.
