Anime style 3D animation

Hello. Well I'll try to tell a short story - I'm moving to UK by the next week for a holiday, but also would like to find a good team that could be capable to help me (Of course the help would be Two-sided) My idea is : Anime style 3D animation. (Something similar, but way better than RWBY (Can check it on [login to view URL]) I have all the story, all the project files and everything else. If needed I can show all that is already done by so far. What do I need ? I need some help with the audio effects and sound recording. Also if You trust in my plan being worth the investments, I would need some more people to help me modeling and/or animating/rendering (That's how the episodes could go faster and earn more). And the final need is an obvious one. If I'm staying in UK, I need just to have enough of everything that can be needed for a regular human.
