Hello! 18 minutes will be done within 2 days, but it will probably be 2 hours work in total (just foresaw some extra time for feedback and implementation of feedback). I'm a native Dutch speaker and have done the English and Italian voice for a young female character in an educational cartoon (my voice is a little high), and the Dutch voice for the phone menu of an international organisation. I will be able to send you a record of my voice in Dutch if you contact me on the chat. I have an external microphone.
