We Manufacture wood floors, on some of our products we need to burn our wood planks in order to achieve the desired colors. We are currently using a torch to burn the wood manually and it takes too long to burn an entire order. We are looking to build a machine that will automate this process as we need consistency. My vision is to have a machine that's on a roller system where we would feed the planks in on one end, the planks would travel on the roller and there would be a torching system on the inside then as the planks get torched it would pass through a sprinkler system to cool off the wood planks.
