Simple 2D elevation floorplan of an existing house

Need a freelancer to draw up a simple elevation floor plan in .dwg format and then place this house approximately on the survey plan .dwg file for the land using google earth as well as a general layout for use of the balance of land (total area 2ha). House 4 bedrooms, sunroom, 2 bathrooms, carport, kitchen, office, lounge room, entrance room (mud-room), hallway, laundry and workshop. Labels and dimensions need to be placed on the survey of this 2ha piece of land showing areas designated for carpark/s, factory, restaurant, farmstay accommodation and agriculture.
