Water Design and Eletric Design for Campground

I need the attached cad diagram of our campground development modified so that it includes waterlines and electric lines. Both sets will be buried. The current cad file has 3 diagrams. The diagram on the left is a subset of the one on the right. The left diagram is the first phase we are developing The right diagram shows all phases of development. You can ignore the diagram in the middle. The left diagram includes a road to the cottages and a place for parking near the cottages. We need this road copied to the diagram on the right. You will also notice the right diagram shows a 4 inch water line. This is wrong. We need a six inch water from the gate to near the cabins, and it need to terminate at a fire hydrant. It is also wrong for it to cross the septic line that is between the septic tank and its drain field (see cottage P7). The septic tank for P1 should be closer to the drain fields, which will make it easier to get water to the cabin without nearing a septic line. The waterline must be 25 feet from septic lines septic tanks and drain fields. We need a 3 inch line to branch off of the 6 inch line. The 3 inch line needs 7 branches one for each cottage. We need a valve on the 3 inch line just after it branches off the 6 inch line. Each of the 7 branches must terminate at a valve near each cabin. The water coming into the campgrounds enters from a 6 inch street main with 165 pounds per square inch of pressure. We also would like to bury the electric lines. We need high voltage lines starting from the gate and terminating at two transformers one near the cottages on the north side of the lake and one near the cottages on the south side of the lake. From the transformers we need two phase wires with neutral to each cottage (four from one transformer and three from the other). Can you correct the diagram on the right, adding the missing road, moving the septic tank, correcting the water line (fire hydrant, valves), and adding the electric lines and transformers. Can you provide this new diagram in a autocad file by itself, and also include a pdf file that is 36 inches wide by 48 inches long?
