Pengantap Lombok reception and restaurant design

Need a quote to design my next project Beach front block, will send you the size I will send you my rough plan, but happy for ideas Looking to design a reception area as there are 19 blocks in total all beach front Nice Design like ( will send design) with onyx reception bar and nice ceiling and lots of beautiful timbers Plus some parking, plus parking for golf carts, plus driveway where people are dropped off Was thinking of nice sign with waterfall or something , and drive way on a 45 to street at entrances Also was thinking of a small shop to service the villas Plus a restaurant on the beach with bar plus most table inside under cover , with one row outside, Was also thinking of putting An office upstairs , only 15 x 8 but hidden from the front Along the side small widows along the top only and facing the beach sliding doors with small 2 meter balcony across the front Also will add small kitchen and bathroom to my office My thought was have ceiling on 45 then flat ceiling where my office is as office will sit on top of kitchen and restaurant. It must have its own entrance please Also I was thinking , I own the next two blocks and maybe if destined right, I can have a secret door so maybe if can hold weddings at the villa and then have guest come to restaurant next door for reception, but adding luxury villa and restaurant I can do wedding here for maybe 50 guests
