Hello, Me and my Fiancé are looking to build a 4-5 bedroom home with a basement near Hackettstown NJ area. Radius can be up to 25-30 miles. We are looking to get direct pricing on what the project would cost and a price we can agree on and we will get a mortgage for construction to start. We do need help with permits and finding the right area. I am looking to build a team, but if you have a team, this is even better. I do know a carpenter and an electrician if needed, we are not looking for crazy renovations just a normal home with a back yard for our kids. Basement does need to be a finished basement. I can get the design from an architect myself if needed but if you have one to work with to get our idea out i would like to. This is for our kids. We are young and our budget is between 250,000-350,000 max. If this isn’t something you can do please do not reply or respond to this ad. If you feel you might be able to work with our pricing with adjustments please contact me. I am looking to have someone help us decide on what would be the ideal land. Lets just say you know a set of design plans and a team of skills tradesmen. do you really need an Architect ? the answer is no to build a home most which will be done by the general contractor or the carpenter. you only need design plans and this is where i come into the fold. for 5,000 dollars max , i will take your ideas or others and build the dream house you and your children will appreciate. with only 2500 square feet and 1 to 2 acres of land this is all you need.
