Hi, this is a straightforward job, I need the below questions accurately answered:
-Under United States CAN-SPAM law, in regards to a website that has a page labeled "Contact" with a listed e-mail and/or contact form (indicating that the website owner presumably wishes to receive contact from visitors). Does a commercial e-mail(or contact form submission) count as an unsolicited commercial e-mail? (It seems that there is a distinction in CAN-SPAM between consent and affirmative consent
-If a LLC sends an unsolicited commercial e-mail under United States CAN-SPAM law or California Spam law, can the owners/members be sued personally? (There may be some personal liability provisions in CAN-SPAM and California Spam law)
-Are the any ways to prevent a civil subpoena to reveal the owner of a LLC in any United States jurisdictions, without going to court? (By using offshore nominees, Nevada LLCs, etc.)
-Is it highly difficult for a United States attorney to subpoena a Belize or Nevis LLC and discover the owners? Does a country being part of the Hague Convention make it easier to subpoena?
