It should keep a log of the ips we are using. 2. It should automatically hit the button for ip switch. 3. It should not repeat the IP which is already used in the last 30 days. 4. If the a class,b class,c class of the ip is same, then that ip is to be ignored and the app will hit the button for ip switch. More details to the winning bidder/developer.
