Create a simple GUI that automatically launches when a USB joystick is detected. With this GUI, the user will be able to map joystick inputs to keyboard and mouse inputs. The user simply chooses the desired keyboard or mouse input from a dropdown list. Next to this list is a circle that lights up when the relevant joystick key is pressed. When the user is finished, a simple .cfg file is written. If a .cfg file already exists, then the program will not launch when a USB joystick is plugged in.
