We are looking for a very good team of Programmers or Programmer that can create us a webcasting, streaming video and software system as close as possible to a company called Mogulus. This company provides members with software that allows them to set up their own online Internet TV channel! This is not satellite or cable TV but streaming video which allows people to broadcast live online and also to run a series of videos on auto-pilot all within a video player with a TV like interface. Although I refer to this as a piece of software it is actually a web based application with virtual studio and has been built on the back of flash. There is actually NO software for the end user to install. However, in our opinion Mogulus is by far the best. This is because: 1. It is very, very easy for the end user to use with a very short learning curve! 2. It has the ability to pull in videos directly from Youtube! 3. It has the best looking TV like player interface! 4. It allows other Mogulus TV webcasters to produce programs and then bring those programs into the account of another Mogulus partner account for scheduling! We would like to create an identical system/web application with all the features included in the Mogulus webcasting application. The successful team of Programers would therefore need to first create themselves a free Mogulus producer account and then browse through and study this web application with virtual studio in detail and familarise themselves with the application and all its features. The only difference between the service that Mogulus provides and what we want to provide is that we will not be providing our application to others. This application will be for our own exclusive use to set up our own Internet TV channels. We will have about 12 – 15 Producers creating channels/programs for us, therefore like Mogulus we need to be able allow Producers to create a channel and import their content into each others channels if necessary (See Mogulus website for further description on this feature). The ability to grab Youtube videos and rebroadcast them in our application is essential and must be able to be carried out as easily as can be done in Mogulus. Once the successful Coder has familiarized themselves with all the Mogulus capabilities and features they will then need to reverse engineer this web application in order to create an exact same webcasting application and system for us! Our budget for this project is $3,000 with a further $1,000 bonus payable 30 days after the application has been installed on our servers and running smoothly and trouble free. The successful Coder will be required to provide us with continued support for which we are prepared to pay $300 - $400 per month.
