BLE iBeacon Scanner using nRF51 SDK

I want to have a simple BLE scanner, running on nrf51822 Hardware, using Nordic SDK 7.2 or 8.0. It should only scan continuously for iBeacons and report on it's Serial Interface (using SIMPLE_UART on the default pins Pin 9 and 11) the Beacons found. It should report the whole 128 BIT UUID, Major, Minor and rssi. Using the UART I want to be able to issue the commands "start", "stop", and "restart" to the Nordic Chipset.I do not want to use Keil but GCC and mergehex instead. I have all hardware with me, tests can be carried out immediately. It's ok if your solution is based on existing samples / other projects. Key is a working solution, not crashing. You will deliver the .hex and the source code. We need the solution asap, deadline 13. March 2015. Happy to discuss details.
