i have exe file its not installer its program and i wanna launch it on my mac need help -- 2

This is complicated, depending on how many & what kind of system/DLL calls the EXE file makes & how can those calls to be translated to MacOS calls. On top of that, the version of MacOS (x86 or x64) has to match the version of Windows (x86 or x64) the EXE program is written for. It has to be either a very simple EXE or a work of love to fit it into the $750 budget.
