Need a programmer for creating Automatic hydroponic system

Hello, I am an electronic engineer, I have available an arduino uno test kit for testing the desing. My proposal consist of 3 stages 1) Selection of components: Selec the best components that can be available or easy to obtain 2) Firmware programing: Create the necessary firmware to put the system to work 3) PCB+Gerber file: Create the necessary PCB files and gerber files in case additional circtuis are necessary. Of course it would be necessary to have a more detailed description of your requirements to see if additional days should be necessary but I think 15 days is a good approximation.
