I briefly go through the problem you mention, but one thing I want to know here that the script you mention that user running thousands of script what type of script is this? Is this any task that user performs or anything else? And also I want to know that your several users how to use this web form, is there any authentication for each user or not? Scripts are hitting our server at an unbelievable rate and this is causing the site to crawl. Its may be due to the sql injection attack. If it then needs to prevent it from your site. I also prevent it in one of my Asp.net site. 1>To do this I Used parameterized queries (SqlCommand with SqlParameter) and put user input into parameters. 2> I didn't build SQL strings out of unchecked user input. 3>I didn't build a sanitizing routine that can check user input for every kind of malformedness. Edge cases are easily forgotten. Checking numeric input may be simple enough to get me on the safe side, but for string input I just used parameters. 4>I Check for second-level vulnerabilities that are I didn't build SQL query strings out of SQL table values as these values consist of user input. 5>Atlast I Used stored procedures to encapsulate database operations. I already develop many web form projects with Asp.net, Asp.Net MVC, Core, framework 4.7 etc. Faced with many issues like this.
