Build Lightspeed Retail/Cloud API integration web app that syncs product information with Shopify Web Store

We need a web application written preferably in vb.net/csharp or possibly php that will connect to our Lightspeed Retail/Cloud account through the Lightspeed API and also connect to our Shopify ecommerce store through the Shopify API. The app will query both systems on a recurring time interval to check the quantity levels of all our products/inventory keeping the two systems in sync. Every 10 minutes or so the app will connect to Lightspeed to query for any new or changed matrix's and items in our inventory. It will then save the information to our SQL server and apply any changes to our Shopify Web Store. Any time the quantity of an item changes in Lightspeed that inventory change needs to be pushed to Shopify so the quantity is updated. If a new item or matrix is created in Lightspeed the app will need to download the new item details, save them to the sql server and then create the item on our Shopify web store. The application will also need to provide a web form with the required fields to create a MATRIX item in Lightspeed through the API. The form will collect the required fields (to be designated by us), create the Matrix, create the necessary items by size or color under the matrix and then create that corresponding item in Shopify. Here is a list of the functions the application must do: - Connect to Lightspeed Retail/Cloud through Lightspeed RESTful API - Download all product inventory items and matrixs From Lightspeed and save details to Sql Server Database - Develop SQL Server table schema required to save product inventory data (this schema will be provided to us and we'll create the necessary tables in SQL Server) - Query the Lightspeed API on a configurable time interval to check for new items/matrixs OR to look for any items/matrixs that have changed in quantity - On each timed interval connect to the Shopify Web store through API to create new products or update the qty on existing products. - web form for creating items/matrixs in Lightspeed. This application will run on our private server within a .Net 4 solution on our IIS Server. The application code should be developed as standard .aspx web forms where possible and the designer and code behind files will need to be provided. The necessary SQL Server tables will be created by us from the Schema that you provide to be required to save the product data being download from Lightspeed. The Lightspeed Retail/Cloud API system is known for somewhat buggy and unexpected results so we're looking for someone that has some experience with the API and that is familiar with it's intricacies. Successful implementation of this project will lead to follow up work!! We have lots of other functionality we want to develop through this API if this integration works well!
