VR medical interactive animation

I need a VR interactive application, Compatible with HTC Vive and Oculus Rift made by folowing scenario (please folow the attached picture): - the app will start with a scene where the user will have the human body with one until 3 interactive brown points witch, when access will change the scene and have element 5 and 3 by default (on 3D) on the scene and elements 1 and 2 will be 3D and selectable and movable on the scene from a drop box or something like this. - When the user will attach the element 1 to element 3 will be a reaction witch will melt the element 1 until will be destroied - when the user will attach the element 1 with 2 and 3 than will appear element 4 witch will melt the Krebstumor witch is element 5 and the element 3 and all elements will be melted until the human body will appear again but the selected brown point will be green The developer will create the folowing: - all the 3D elements - environment - will be an appropriate environment with the theme - all the actions At the end will deliver Oculus Rift and HTC Vive apps and uncompiled project Project budget 1000 USD.
