Need to hire a unity 3d level designer.

I have been working on my game for a while, and I don`t think that I have gotten very far, and level design bores me very much, so I need to hire a freelancer to help finish the level design for me. The most I can pay for the entire level is $60, but it wont be hard because I already set up the LOD and prefabs for everything that you need. I need someone who really speaks English and can understand what I need done, adapt to changes within the budget, and can do this in a timely manner. Once again, not paying more than $60, so don`t bid if you can`t do that much. And no, it is not a mobile app, so the graphics are a huge focus, I expect nothing below my standards, otherwise you don`t get paid.
