windows app to monitor PC drive space, KB/Mouse, program, max volume, unmute mic, and email

We have a cyber cafe. we need an app, to install on every pc. the app will be running the background of every PC, and if any of the following issues are found it will email us. here is the checklist 1. make sure drive C has at least 10gb of free space. if not email us. 2. make sure an active mouse or keyboard is plugged in. 3. make sure the headset and MIC are plugged in and active.
