Hi, I have recently got a new laptop, I need the printer driver settings from my old laptop to be transferred to the new laptop, I have installed the drivers on my new laptop but they must be a different version as the options in the drop down differ. I have created 2 videos to demonstrate what I mean: VIDEO 1 OLD LAPTOP: [login to view URL] VIDEO 2 NEW LAPTOP [login to view URL] In the drop down on the 2nd video the contents are different and I specifically need the settings as seen in the 1st video. It would also be ideal if the printer drivers never updated either as this is where things will go wrong and the settings will potentially be lost by updating to what's already on the new laptop. This work would likely need to be carried out via team viewer, Thanks

Hi, I can find the driver that is installed on older laptop, it's not easy to copy it from old laptop and install on newer on. but we can get the version number of driver on older laptop and install the same driver on your newer laptop. also there is a option to disable automatic updates that will prevent windows from replacing the driver again. Hi there, I will provide you solution for installing the printer driver in your new laptop. You can transfer the software only when you have (.exe) file of it.
