We are holding our engagement party on the 24th of April (a sunday) and we will be BBQing for approx 80 people. Basic meats (Sausages, steak, chick, pawns). The event starts at 3pm, however we would like the food to be ready to eat by 5pm (it doesn't all need to be ready at 1 time as long as people can start eating at 5pm).
