Copy Type Checklists 16 jpg images to type into word

I have 16 jpg images that need to be converted into word. See an example of the jpg images attached. I have attached how the checklists will need to be typed. See attached word document 'example for freelances'. It took me less than 10 minutes to type the first image so the entire project should only take approx. 2-2.5 hours. All checklists are numbered in order e.g. B58_2 ... they must be completed in this order. When you accept the project I will upload the remaining images which are titled C310_1 ... they must be completed in a different document. I would appreciate a quick review after completing the first image to ensure the project is being completed using the correct format.
