Reviwing RentACoder tender

Right now I could need some help writing a **RentACoder tender** for website development. Draft document will be edited first. (Perhaps it will be 30% bigger). I might select 2 reviewers (best + 1 "chap"). This mean that work might involve incorporating changes from other person. I.e. you read draft, talk to me by Skype, you send proposal, i give feedback that might involve input from other person. My plan is to move work (communication) to Thursday/Friday (CEST - I will be available most of the day). You need some availability on Friday, and be reasonably available until about 21 June. It wont be in parallel with the first reviver, but if more funds than the bid is released, it will be based on a comparison.
