Full-Time Growth Marketers- Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese, Latin American

We are looking for Filipino, Thai, Vietnamese and Latin American Growth Marketers based in their home countries (remote work) who will be working on engaging our millennial market and suggesting product improvements to suit them. Fresh grads are preferred as this job requires being updated with trends popular with students. Requirements: -A native of the countries/regions stated above -Can communicate in English -Preferably millennial, or must be aware of the current trends with their country's youth -Can create funny/witty content to engage millennials in their country (check our sample posts attached) -Proficient with social media management (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc) -Regular user of FB Messenger (minimum) and other messaging apps popular in your country (LINE etc) -Familiar with graphic design software (Photoshop will be ideal but apps like Canva is required) -Must have your own device if you will work remotely -Fun and creative! Plus if: -You have experience with marketing for young people (students and young professionals), student/non-profit organization experience counts -You are tech-savvy. Can easily learn new software/apps to work more efficiently -Good design taste -Copy/Microcopywriting skills We are a startup and you will be the only Growth Marketer for your country/region in the team, so do not expect anyone telling you what to do. We need someone who can take ownership of their work, passionate about their craft, proactive, and always curious. If you are a creative millennial tired of the hierarchy in the corporate setting where you cannot tend to your itch to experiment, then this role is for you. Years of experience is not our priority.
