Client Services, Long Term Project

Hi! I am looking for a Client Services & Logistics Specialist, to help with a long term project. Please see below for more details on the role:
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as point of contact for vendors, wholesalers, factories, shipping and customer services.
• Participate in daily virtual meetings with CEO; report any updates on internal charts.
• Prioritize pending business items, delegate to Executive Assistant as needed.
• Supervise Executive Assistant, providing guidance, coaching and weekly 1:1 meeting.
• Factory production liaison; electronic and telephone communication, create PO’s, manage reorders, update tracking of pending purchase orders.
• Manage shipping and inventory department; track inventory levels, ship to Amazon and update FL stock/archives.
• Communicate with Wholesale Buyers/Sales Reps and ensure sales sheets are up to date, promote new products, handle all inquiries.
• Execute legal contracts and requirements, ensure compliance.
• Process new orders in QuickBooks, manage communication of incoming/outgoing shipping orders.
• Coordinate global shipping logistics, document quotes, PO’s and communication with freight forwarders
