Data entry in Excel and transfer to Word

This job has two steps: Step 1: collapse existing data provided in an excel spreadsheet into another column in same spreadsheet file. The columns to be collapse are: J-O should be collapse into P Q-W should be collapse into X All you need to do is simply take name of the column and add ":" which is followed by the value in the observation and end with "%".
