I have 11 sites under consideration to build houses on in the UK, I want to put together a brochure detailing the pros's and cons of each site, there are 15 different data points that need collecting from each area and in depth research on the planning applications that can be found on line and the local market that can be found on line. I need someone to research this information from websites and detail me in a document with the information for each of the area and the whole area which is London uk and the surrounding counties. All information can be found on the web many of it from brochures of similar projects done locally It will involve researching using the planning applications and getting out interesting information for builders and investors alike. Should have knowledge of property and building and knowledge of UK market and being able to put together sales focused content would be beneficial. How far to public transport. - Specifics of the build, great difficulties things that need to be taken into consideration. - what is the build about whats the important things. - Local house prices and buyer confidence. check on zoopla find out how much local houses are going for and the costs for similiar houses in the local area. - Size of the plot and building specifications - what is the description on the plot size, how much land and the building size in sq feet. - Any design relating to the property - does the planning application have any design drawbacks on the application. - Closeness to utilities points and other necessary services. what are the external build factors taht need to be taken into account for this build, - Good and bad points of the developments - what makes this the right development and drawbacks. . - Estimated house price for the completed structure - what will the house sell for and why? - Advantages and Disadvantages - Any orders to protect local environment. - Summary of agriculture report - map of location - where its located on the map If this is done well will lead to a lot of on going work.
