The job is to revise and correct 500 Outlook 2016 contacts. I supply the .pst file, so you can import into your Outlook, do the job and return the .pst file to me so I can import it on my side. Job: This is a manual job. NO automatic webscrapping. 1. Search/access each company website 2. Check/correct every one of the 500 contacts if the contact data is correct (Contact name, company name, address, telephone, postal code, country, website address) 3. Add products or services provided by each Contact into the "Notes" field as keywords (not phrases). 4. Each one of the 500 Contacts should be "Filed As" surname (comma) name of the person. Please, see attached a sample contact. Each one of the 500 Contacts should be filled completely like in the attached sample. Important: A basic level of English, German, Spanish, Portuguese and French is a must so you can navigate easily into each Company's website. This language level is basically to understand where to click into each website to find the Address/Adresse/Dirección/Endereço/Indirizzo, Telephone/Telefon/Téléphone/Teléfono/Telefone, CEO/Geschäftsführer/PDG/Presidente, and so on. Do not post your bid if you do not have this basic fluency. Payment: specify your fee per fully completed contact. By fully completed contact you agree it is a contact with all the information into it, as in the sample attached to this project.
