I need a spreadsheet created that compares three options for a homeowner 1. Keeping current home & refinancing/paying payout penalty 2.0 selling current home, paying realtor commission & payout penalty to provide down payment for new home & possible debt payout/reduction or 3.0 keeping current home as rental property & refinancing to purchase new home. FOR USE IN CANADA. Spreadsheet will incorporate drop down menus to select current lending institution & calculate penalties according to that institution specifically. Will also incorporate drop down menu for a few different real estate commission calculations on the sale of home option. Should provide client with options as above, and choices based on fixed or variable rates. Rental option should include a cash flow analysis for client. Purchase option should include maximum purchase price. Refinance options should include monthly budget comparison before/after to show savings. I can supply the required information in separate pieces, would like one tool that provides all options to client. Final product should provide a branded report that is easy to present to client/easily understandable.
