We require a detailed oriented provider to transcribe a 26 page image document into a WORD document.
NOTE: The original document we are providing is a PDF, BUT the entire document is images. Therefore, the TEXT is not accessible for "copy and paste" as it is only an image, not text. It is very doubtful a scan and conversion program would work.

We require the content of this PDF to be manually typed into MS-Word.
You must proof-read and spell check your work before submitting to us.
You must be detail oriented and must deliver an accurate transcription.
We do require very high quality work and do not settle for less. You will be expected to deliver work that is very professional and is error free and is complete. Check your work before submitting it to us.
