[login to view URL] ist eine Marke der Edutainment Solutions Lab gUG. Wir benötigen eine zuverlässige und onlineaffine virtuelle Assistenz zur ergänzenden telefonischen Betreuung unserer Kunden. Die Betreuung umfasst die gesamte Customer Journey ab Erstkontakt per Mail, per Telefon (Kundentelefon wird zur Verfügung gestellt) oder ab Buchungsdatum, Detailabsprache vor dem gebuchten Event, sowie Nachfassen und Einholen eines Kundenfeedbacks nach der Auslieferung. Gelegentlich haben wir internationale Kundschaft, weshalb es wichtig ist verhandlungssicher Englisch sprechen zu können. Eine gesamte Customer Journey, vom Erstkontakt bis zum Kundenfeedback erfordert einen Zeitaufwand von etwa 60 Minuten. Wir bieten ein Honorar von 15€ je erfolgreich betreuten Kunden.
