I am looking for a VA to handle the following tasks for my consulting business. My website is called mackjacksonjr.com. Tasks: 8 – 16 hours per week to start - $10 - $15 per hour Grasshopper – Phone Calls 1. Answer Operator calls 2. Book speaking events 3. Call on sponsors 4. Call on speakers Nimble – CRM from [login to view URL] VA will have an email account called Admin@[login to view URL] 1. Update – Contact information 2. Create new sponsors/speakers 3. Email promotional information to prospective sponsors / TV show 4. Email promotional information to prospective sponsors / Lunch & Learn 5. Email prospective speakers for TV show and or Lunch and Learn 6. Email speaking event information to prospects and clients – media kit a. One Sheet – PDF b. Two MP4 videos c. Workshop brochure d. Book on How To Protect Your Family From Identity Theft - brochure 7. Email workshop promotional information to prospects and clients 8. Email Lunch & Learn attendees with Cyber Security Awareness content 9. Email Mack’s video blog to prospects/clients 10. Email prospect to join our mailing list 11. Promotion prospects, clients to attendee a / Webinar on [login to view URL] 12. Send newsletter to clients from mail chimp list 13. Any follow up work with prospective clients, sponsors, and speakers 14. Keep in touch with VIP contacts in Nimble 15. Creating group emails for tagged contacts Social Media • Facebook – send 4 posts per day • Twitter – send 4 posts per day • Linkedin – send 4 posts per day Research Search information on Google for topics relating to Cyber Security, Identity Theft and Cyber Crimes. Set up Google Alerts for the above topics. Information gathered with be used for articles, video commentary and other correspondence by Mack. Scheduling Appointments for Mack to follow up with promotional information

I have been a customer service agent for about 8 years. I am trained in the British, American and Austrian Accents so a Native American’s accent is easy. Besides, I have experience in various processes both technical and non-technical. In terms of technical experience, it is Tier 3 ATT ConnecTech support. This is a level of support nobody in technical backgrounds provides these days. Besides that, notably I have also worked with sales processes. In both of these ATT processes, I have been a process trainer and a voice and accent trainer.
