Music Publishing - Royalty Data Entry1

We are a small music publisher that owns copyrights to income producing songs. We receive checks and royalty statements for the use of our approximately 250 songs and need to take the line by line data of the royalty statements that we receive and have that data imput into Excel so that we can analyze the income of our songs and render accountings back to our songwriters that receive an income participation from what we collect. For the first half of 2009, we had 4,700+ rows of data in Excel. We scan the royalty statements that we receive into PDFs which can be emailed to the person/firm handling the data entry. We want to test the competency of the data entry person/firm with a single statement (potentially 100 rows of data entry).
