I would like to hire a Designer

We are lookig for a designer to our new smart wear brand. Our brand starts with sportswear. Compression / Stretch / Multifuncionatlity Smart Wear. The technology parts are self developed over a period of more than 2 years. To Start: We need the design and the pattern of a compression shirt and short / pants for females and males, or even better in UNI Sex (both gender). We need the design in a long and a short version. The Design must be modern and powerfull. Futuristic. With design we mean different parts of the clothes, apllications and so on. The parts have to be in just uni colors (different) but but no florals or anything else. Material is based: 50% Polyamid 40% Polypropylen 10% Elastan Examples on request. We need the Design inclusiv a mockup from drawing / designing. 3D. The documentation of developing the design in drawing must be provided as well (first tries) for marketing and marketplacement reason. Our Designer will be paid for each unit which we sell on our market. Sale based shares. Amount of percentage from each sale are discusseable. We are only looking for a long term partnership with a designer to build a workflow together.
