Converting existing workbook into interactive ebook.

We have 3 music theory workbooks that come with CD and stickers, they are fun and interactive (well, as interactive as you can get in their non digital forms), we would like to convert these into an interactive ebook that can be used on the new iBooks 2.
At this stage, we are looking for a quote for just converting one workbook.
The workbook has 48 pages, and about 3 questions per page, you can have a feel of how the workbook works by viewing this flipbook [url removed, login to view]
We have all the existing graphics in ai format, and all the sound tracks on mp3 and wav formats.
The ebook is to be available and used on iPad using iBooks, and to be interactive, i.e. users can click on the sound track and listen to the questions and make their answer accordingly.
Looking for someone with experience on this, and be able to help with resetting the layout and providing support on distribution on iBooks Store.
