Create An eLearning Course (Adobe Captivate 9)

I am seeking an experienced Adobe Captivate 9 designer who can produce high-quality project output within a rapid launch process. I will provide a single page graphic design that will be used as the "home" of the eLearning course. Hotspots and other interactive elements will need to be added so that a user can click to watch an instructional video, open a list of supplementary resources, click to be taken to a related web page, etc. I will also provide the video elements, supplementary resources, web URLs, etc leaving ONLY the Adobe Captivate design activity for you to handle. This is a very straightforward project for an experienced Captivate user. A successful output on this project will lead to numerous additional project opportunities of the exact same format.
