Affiliate Recruiter URGENTLY Needed

I am looking for a person / company who has the skill in getting for me as many affiliates recruited as possible for a web business of mine. The cost for affiliate's to join is $25 USD (once off cost). For joining the affiliate will be provided with a website, an ebook, and the opportunity to earn money. The referral url (signup page) is already available... all you need to do is to do what you can do to get the signs ups. The person that can do this will be closely working with my company and our marketing team in any of our future marketing activities. I will pay $5.50 USD per affiliate recruited for me. E.g. if you are able to recruit 90 affiliates for me, you will be paid 90 x $5.50 = $495. There is a bonus if you can recruit 100 or more for me. For every 100, I will give you a bonus of $50 therefore if you recruit 250, you get 250 x $5.50 = $1375 (+ $100 bonus)
