the ebay took a final desicion to a case with a customer..The order shipped to three packages...the one package didn't delivered,it lost on [login to view URL] customer open a case and I told him that I will sent him a new item but he must wait some days..He agreed with this. 3-4 days later I shipped the new [login to view URL] he ask ebay for a solution and ebay final desicion was refund the buyer and add me one more defect that it degrade my seller performsance to below standard..I need someone expert to apeal this desicion and refund my money...
