We have designed and developed circuits and products in the field of wearable, smart devices, home automation, power electronics, motors, IOT and sensor.
We have also designed circuit for battery management system which includes battery protection, charging (wired or wireless) and over current and overvoltage.
My understanding of the requirement:
- You need a circuit which should be able to charge 3 li-ion battery. The circuit should have overcharge, over-discharge, and thermal protection. The circuit should be designed in such a way where your project should run while charging the batteries. The circuit should support 600mA to 4A surge current.
Please correct me if wrong or missed anything.

We are capable of designing single, double and multi-layer boards.
- Do you want only the circuit like schematic or layout as well?
We use Orcad, Altium, KiCad and Eagle tools for our designing.
