Finish a circuit and deliver a gerber layout file

I am using the AG320T circuit board and need someone to complete the circuit. The final delivery will be a gerber file. This should be a quick / easy thing for someone that knows the calculations to make.
These are the items that need to be on the circuit board:
5.4 Shutdown input
Max operating temperature is 85 degrees Celsius ( Pin 8 on the board )
5.5 Status Output (on the attached datasheet with a sample diagram page 11)
1) I need to have a buzzer (piezo?) added to chirp when the charge is started
2) I need LED lights to operate to display status - Idle, charging, error, charge complete (single quad color LED or tri-color with error flashing?) This will need to have leads off the board to the LEDs elsewhere.
