I have very good experience to design high voltage power supplies up to 50KV for capacitor charging power supplies using soft switching topologies. I have work experience to design from few watts to KW range meeting all compliances like EMI/EMC and safety standards UL etc.

Hi, your project is really interesting. But, have you defined the parameters of the signal to be used?: shape, intensity, frequency. If you know this parameters I can develop your project without problems. As you well know, the main problem in this types of projects is the scientific support for the device development.
