Hi, I'm myself an amateur Arduino enthusiast and I made an object which works with a Arduino Mini, switches, input and output multiplexer and a sound record/playback module.
I made the prototype but I need help with getting its PCB drawn in Eagle, ready to be produced by a professional PCB manufacturer.
I also need help with refining/modifiying the circuit in order to improve the sound record/playback quality (right now it's weak) with some sort of a mini amplifier.
I'll be providing a simple schematic drawing of the prototype circuit either in Fritzing or Illustrator.

+ The PCB cad drawing must also include silkscreen and solder mask layers.
+ I'd first like to hear my engineer's ideas of improving the circuit and then move on to drawing the PCB. (so the task is not just the drawing but also a little consultancy)
